Recently at Comic-Con, Insomniac Games announced the winner of the Captain Qwark’s My Blaster Runs Hot Ratchet & Clank Future Weapons Contest ( ya that’s a mouthful ). The winner would receive a life size replica of the weapon and also have it featured in the final game.

The winning weapon is known as the Spiral of Death. A weapon that shoots out a blue, saw like object that returns back to the weapon, and can shoot up to three of these saw like projectiles.

Blue is the new brown.

Now while the weapon sounds very cool, from its description it sounds more like it belongs in the Resistance universe instead of the Ratchet & Clank universe.
