80s synthpop band Depeche Mode is to appear in Left 4 Dead 2 via music, likeness and…erm, clothing.
Kotaku spotted that L4D2 character Rochelle was wearing a pink Depeche Mode t-shirt. Valve responded by telling us all that they had approached a number of bands to appear in the game. Depeche Mode accepted and were “very free” with their license, according to Valve.
With their latest album out this past April, this seems like a good move for Depeche Mode.
