Prophets of Sam’s new Serious Sam game, Serious Sam Forever, is now open for beta applications and we’ve got the details.
The news came via community site SeriousZone’s twitter and the game’s website. John Turner, Project Manager of Prophets of Sam, has said:
“”With all the Serious Sam HD hype going around and the questions it has generated about Serious Sam Forever, we thought it would be a good idea to show the world what Forever has in store for them.”
“The Multiplayer Open Beta features three maps and supports four game types: Capture the Flag, Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, and 3-Way Deathmatch. The Beta also features our new Multiplayer AI Bot system. You will be able to play online with up to 16 friends and as many bots as your PC can handle. If you can host more than 100 bots be sure to post a video!”
The beta sign-up is located here. Serious Sam Forever is using Serious Engine 2.0 and Prophets of Sam, “an independent international studio”, are collaborating with Serious Sam developer Croteam.
