Confirming the recent internet rumors that Braid would soon see new life on the Playstation Network, Hothead Games announced today that Braid will be making its over to the PS3 next week. Taking advantage of the expired Xbox exclusivity deal, the developers have waisted no time in trying to squeeze as much as they can out of their beautiful little masterpiece.

The game will be available on the Playstation Network next thursady, Nov-12, which will mean that the only ones missing out on this amazingly artistic little title will be the Wii owners, something that appears to be a very easy fix so long as Nintendo eases up on their file size restriction… C’mon Nintendo, you can’t always have it your way.

The game will also be seeing a European PSN release as well, though as to when exactly that’ll happen isn’t clear just yet. However, over on the Playstation Blog, Joel DeYoung confirms in the comments that the game is currently running through SCEE’s submission process. I anticipate we’ll hear something about it shortly thereafter. We could say 2 weeks to a month, though we are not completely sure. But thats more of a guestamate than anything else.
