Diablo 3 Day/Night Cycles Static
News, PC | Eric E. | December 17, 2009 at 4:30 pm
Blizzard seems to keep changing their design of their third Diablo game as now they have made the day and night cycles static. This will work as follows, you start off in an area that is morning. When you go to the next area it will be afternoon, then dusk, and finally night. The areas are constantly set to be one of the times of day, unlike in Diablo II where you can stand around in camp and a whole day will pass by.
The reasoning for making the game work like this is so that areas features will stand out better. Deserts will be hotter, valleys will be lusher, and you will truly be able to see every rainbow in the game the way it was meant to be seen.
Do you agree with the static day and night cycles? Let us know in the comments (you do not have to register to comment).

I Think it will work…
who cares about day just going by… its not really a big deal in a game.
Its not my make or break i rather them work on better things!

well if they make it a static day or night it will sux
as some rpg games have in it a calculation how far would character see during a day or a night
so it makes game more interesting but to run it like this
it would be same as Serius Sam ? just run and kill and nothing more
man they are killing good rpg game
