Developed by riseuP! Labs, Tap Tap Ants is a timed game where you smash ants. Why would you want to smash innocent ants? Apparently, they took it upon themselves to attack your food, and it’s not just a simple sandwich either, it’s your oven cooked pizza. They have rushed you and it’s up to you to smash them before they get your food.
You have a choice of picking your favorite food and background music. Pick from various pizzas and tap-intensive music to motivate you in beating the high score. The game gives you 60 seconds to smash as many ants as you can before they reach your food. If you clear out the area before a new wave comes in, you will get a bonus. The game has a scoreboard where you can track your progress and attempt to beat your most recent scores. You can add a picture to your score as well.
The graphics on this game are good and the movement of the ants is tricky, which works out your hand-eye coordination. This game is definitely a workout for your mind and yout gaming skills. I had a slight problem with the controls of the game, because I felt that it wasn’t as responsive as it could have been. I was almost button smashing my iPhone trying to get every single ant, but would only be successful in smashing 2 or 3 of them. However, a recent update was released to relieve the overtapping and is now more touch sensitive.
This game is fun overall and very addictive. I was playing this for about 30 minutes before I realized the time had passed so quickly. If you want to give your hand-eye coordination skills a workout, this game is definitely for you.
