As development of console games featuring 3D improves, the latest firmware update may have Sony’s PlayStation 3 ready to set games for a three dimensional perspective by June. Fireware 3.20 and the release of Sony’s first 3D T.V. in Japan on June 10, will enable the console to output in 3D, since the capacity of the PS3 system has already been touted by the playable versions of Gran Turismo 5 and Super Stardust. The company is preparing to seriously enter the 3D space with other opponents following in pursuit as the PlayStation 3 follows suit.
Perhaps this is the next-gen in the gaming? With E3 2010 coming up in June, you bet we’ll see more on this technology. Stay tuned to kokugamer.com as we bring you the latest details.
