Once again the lure of DLC hits a developer. Assassin’s Creed 2 will be receiving its first piece of DLC entitled Battle of Forli, due this January. What this DLC involves is more of a mystery than the second piece coming out in February, Battle of the Vanities. Prices are yet to be announced, but support for Ubisoft’s new title is welcome. Assassin’s Creed 2 fixed every problem the original had, as can be seen here. The only real problem AC2 had in this writer’s opinion was a lack of soul; the original had so much depth in character and plot development and in the second all of this seems to be strangely missing, even with the effort put in. Hopefully these 1GB DLC extravaganza’s will contain more of the originals charm with the quality of the second’s game play. Both will be (apparently) hitting 360 and PS3 at the same time, so keep your eyes out for more information, right here, at Koku Gamer.
